Still Family requires a referral from the Managed Care Organization. The individual, family member or Legally responsible person can request that their Care Coordinator contacts Still Family on their behalf for those individuals receiving services through the Innovations Waiver. Once services are mutually agreed upon, a Qualified Professional will assist the individual, family member, or legally responsible person through the admissions process.
B3-Respite
For those individuals seeking B3 services an updated psychological is required to affirm the individual’s developmental disability. Children are required to have a current psychological within 3 years and an adult should have a current psychological within 5 years. Once services are mutually agreed upon, a Qualified Professional will assist the individual, family member, or legally responsible person through the admissions process.
